Sadaharu Aoki’s Matcha Azuki: a Recreated Recipe

I'm in love with Sadaharu Aoki's Matcha Azuki, a classic French entremet with a Japanese twist: delicious layers of matcha mousse, dark chocolate genoise, adzuki beans, and a crispy-crunchy praline base. I tried to recreated it and it turned out delicious!
