Brown Bread Mufins

Similar to New England Brown Bread but muffin size.These are nothing like the overly sweet, cake like muffins from a bakery. Delicious served alongside a Boston baked bean dinner, barbeque meats or with a salad at lunch. You may substitute whole wheat flour for one of the listed flours.( If you like Irish soda bread with raisins and caraway feel free to add about 3/4 tsp. of caraway seed to this recipe.) -- posted by redwine
