Seth Gilliam is taken in for DUI, possession of marijuana and driving 107 mph in Georgia

The 46-year-old actor was pulled over for speeding and then when police officers smelled alcohol, he was tested, coming up with a .107 blood alcohol level. He was arrested in Peachtree City.
