Josef's Pasta Sauce

My own family style pasta sauce. I use San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano, and thyme but you will need to double the herbs amount. It stays well and can be used in many different pasta dishes. You may also substitute one can of diced tomatoes for a can of pure tomato sauce.
